Return & Refund Policy

At Varnam Studio, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Sarees

Due to the delicate nature of sarees and hygiene considerations, all saree sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sarees unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Blouses

We accept returns for blouses only under the following conditions:

  • The blouse must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • The original tags must remain attached and not be removed.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The blouse must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed or if the product shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Jewellery

For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on jewellery items unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Process

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
